Staff training
Half-day brewing & dosing class at our bar. Usucha, koicha, iced latte. Delivered in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin by the lead bartender.
Recipe consult
We help your menu pick the right grade per drink. Espresso-scale accuracy, not vibes. No subscription required.
Lead-time & allocation
Standing orders confirmed monthly. Uji stock locked two harvests ahead. Fresh-mill tins (Ritual 003) not available for wholesale — that grade stays at the bar.

What's the minimum order?
One 100g pack per grade per month. We grow with you — no tiered minimums to unlock conversation.
Do you private-label?
No. Every tin ships as HULU BLAVK so the guest can trace the origin. We co-develop recipes, not labels.
Payment terms?
30 days on the first three orders. Established accounts move to 45.
Are the Ritual 003 grades wholesale-able?
No. Ritual 003 and Champion are only milled and poured at Plaza Damansara — that's the observable ritual, and it doesn't leave our bar.
