Four ceremonial grades from Uji, Tokyo — Wakaba, Muyu, Rikyu, Hikari. Stone-milled from tencha, whisked to order. Each grade holds its own profile. We don't blend what the farmer separated.



THE 5-MINUTE EXPERIENCE
The minimum time required to make you the right one.
Every order begins at the mill. Leaf to powder, powder to bowl, bowl to whisk. Five minutes. Not four. Not six. Six cups produced each session — two reserved online, four for walk-ins. One order caps at two drinks. The math isn't a limit; it's what the craft allows.
