Will I be notified when my slot is confirmed?+
Yes. Every reservation gets an email with your slot time and reference code — show it when you arrive.
For a 5-minute session:
- Confirmation email after payment clears.
- Reference code (e.g. MCH-047) in your inbox.
- Arrive 2 minutes early. We start the mill when you do.
Can I change or cancel my slot?+
Yes, up to 24 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp — we'll release your cup for another customer and issue store credit for your next visit.
Within 24 hours the session is locked. The mill is already prepped for the six cups, and your two are committed. Fairness to the four walk-ins and two online guests who planned their afternoon around that window is the whole reason we cap sessions at six.
ORIGINAL STATE. NO SHORTCUTS — we hold the line on cancellations the same way we hold it on syrups.
