Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once the order has been dispatched. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Damaged Products
If your cake arrives damaged during delivery, please take clear photos immediately and contact us. We will assess each case individually and provide an appropriate resolution.
