Ritual · Chapter 04
Etiquette.
Six small rules. Read once, keep forever. These aren't policies — they're the shape of the craft.
01
One order. Two cups max.
Each five-minute session produces six cups. Capping each order at two keeps the craft fair — more guests experience the mill, no single group takes the whole session.
02
Two of six go online.
Four cups stay open for walk-ins. Reserving online is for guaranteeing your window; it isn't the only way in.
03
Arrive within your five minutes.
The mill starts when you do. Late by more than five minutes and the session closes — your cup either rolls to the next or returns to walk-in.
04
No syrups. No substitutions.
We don't sweeten, blend, or modify the profile the farmer intended. The menu is the menu.
05
Change a slot 24 hours in advance.
The mill is prepped. The six cups are committed. Within 24 hours the session is locked — fairness to the other guests who planned around the window.
06
Watch. Ask. Drink.
The five minutes are yours. The mill, the whisk, the pour — all happen in front of you. Questions are welcome. Phones can wait.
Original state. No shortcuts.
